Can You Split The Line Coming Out Of Your Voip Device And Attach Two Phones?

  1. The phone output from your VoIP device should be able to handle more than one unit, just like a normal landline. But, just like a normal landline, there’s only so many devices it can electrically drive. But two shouldn’t be a problem.

  2. on the back of my Uniden-base-phone is a analog (RJ11) phone-plug….put a regular phone in there…all other extensions don’t need a plug at all…you just put the power-supply in the electrical outlet! you can not split the VoIP line….the mainbase has a build-in router…you can’t see it!
