Cany Anyone Recommend Diet Pills That Actually Work?
I have lost quite a bit of weight through diet and exercise, and I just need to lose 20-25 more lbs to be within my target weight. However, it seems like no matter how healthy I eat or how much I exercise, I just can’t lose any more weight. Can anyone recommend a diet pill that is relatively safe and can help me lose these last few lbs? Thank you so much.

Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it’s been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I’ve lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

I’ve been there and done that. If you are really trying to lose weight, you have to stay dedicated and determined to do so. I lost around 50 pounds using just these simple tips I’m about to explain to you.
I found three things to be the best but you have to use them together in order to get some great results. You have to understand that you are what you eat first. Dieting is something you might have to stick in there with and follow through with one. Some people can while others can’t.
The next thing you need to do is create a workout plan whether that be cardio or some other exercise to get the heart rate up. You have got to do at least 30 mins a day to get some results.
The 3rd step that I’m going to explain, helps a lot if you are slobbish on your diet or just need some help with it all. For me, it’s a natural herbal supplement called Proactol. It’s a fat binder and an appetite suppressant. I’m very health consicious and having this supplement that is made from natural herbs, you really can’t beat it. It’s helped me so much but absorbing up to 28% of fat that you intake. Which means if you aren’t following your dieting plans, you have a little more room for food being on the supplement. The appetite suppressant part works wonderfully too so you can actually stay away from the cookies and brownies.
These steps really worked for me, you should try them out for yourself even if you want to lose very little or that extra mile. Also at the time of my 3 month supply purchase of Proactol, I saved a lot of money on it at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and I hope this helps you out for your weight loss goals.

I don’t believe there is ANY diet pill that works. And even if they do work, the incredible danger you put yourself in by taking them isn’t worth the risk. Just think of all the pills that have been taken off the market after being proved dangerous. Try searching “deadly diet pills” for a few examples. Diet pills can cause everything from heart failure to brain damage. They are dangerous and worst of all, they don’t work.
A lot of the time a user will build up a tolerance to the drug and it will no longer work. Or you may gain the weight right back as soon as you stop taking them. And some are just gross. Did you know Alli basically greases up your colon? It just keeps the fat from absorbing into your blood. The only problem is that it keeps ALL nutrients from entering. You have to take multi-vitamins and suffer such delightful side effects as “gas with oily spotting,” “loose stools,” and “more frequent stools that may be hard to control.” Some figures estimate that 2/3 of Americans are overweight yet our diet industry makes around $40 billion a year (as of 2003). Why? Because all of these “miracle” fixes don’t work but we still keep falling for it.
Don’t forget that muscle weighs more than fat. If you’ve been exercising a lot, you might be talking about more muscle than fat. When you lose weight through healthy eating and exercise you create a calorie deficit. That means you burn more calories through exercise than you consume in a day. Your body first uses the food you’ve eaten to give you fuel. Once this is used up it uses fat reserves and finally muscle. So if you don’t really have fat deposits, you might just burn away muscle
It sounds like you’ve done a lot of hard work and have lots of self control. And truly, that is awesome! I think it’s great that there are still people losing weight through willpower instead of relying of quick-fix pills and gadgets. So good luck and keep up the good work!

Well i’m guessing you have to exercise a little harder and have a big breakfast, and not as big as a lunch and dinner
