Does Anyone Who Has Started A Diet Or Started Exercising Regularly (or Both Ideally) Want To Start A Weekly We?

Does anyone who has started a diet or started exercising regularly (or both ideally) want to start a weekly weigh in thread?
I was thinking to post your weight up every Monday or something and add a comment or two about how things are going.
I am not really dieting as such (because I am too greedy and just love food) but have just returned to they gym after a 6 month lay off.
I think making it public might provide some motivation to keep at it!

  1. Yes Im in too, sounds fantastic idea. What diet programme are you guys on? I use one of Herbalife’s programme, its true what they say! I lost 9 lbs already and feel great!

  2. I would like to do that …I am on a diet that I started on tuesday, i usually weight myself every 10 days or so…I will weight myself on friday and see how much I’ve lost.
