  1. I think they take pills, and consume chemically fortified food products like breakfast cereals, milk based “health drinks,” and yogurt.

  2. Bruce Lee ate meat and he was one of the healthiest people on the planet, look him up.
“I met everyday people, not people who had intelligence and knew what they were doing.” People who don’t have intelligence can’t be proper vegetarians/vegans either. You need some knowledge of food and nutrition to be healthy with either diet.

  3. I find it easy. The meat should be lean with little fat, and it should only make up of about 1/3 of the main meal. The rest should be vegetable or/and a cereal (bread, rice, pasta).
You do not need to eat meat for every meal, one or twice a day should be enough depending for a person with a active lifestyle. A person who does do many activities maybe twice to three times a week should be enough.

  4. You do realize that we can everything you do and more?
I know I am a healthier person than you and I don’t need to prove it.
My cholesterol levels are perfect and my % body fat is 9%.
I’m 15 and still growing, but I am 5′9 and weigh 140 pounds at the moment.

  5. i used to eat meat and no matter how ‘healthy’ i ate i still felt lethargic and generally crappy and was a little overweight. When i turned vegan i felt energised and lost some weight and have never felt better

  6. That’s why millions of people die from preventable, degenerative diseases. Almost all could be prevented through simple dietary changes!

  7. It’s not very hard if you actually know how to cook.

  8. with difficulty, I suppose?
