How Can I Make Totally Free Calls To New Zealand Mobiles Using A Voip Service?

I need to call my friend on his mobile in New Zealand. I’ve been looking for voip software online to do that but it was to no avail. I found sites but New Zealand was not included in their free countries list, and if it was, then calls were only allowed to landlines…Can someone please help me…!!! Thank u in advance.

Sorry you cant. All NZ mobile providers have agreed termination charge of 15c/min (NZ). In futerue this should be halved. Cheapest ive found is Actionvoip (about 15.7c) but quite a bit of latency. cheers
