How Can We Work Out Definite And Reliable Carb Levels On The Atkins Diet?

If a person is doing the Atkins Diet which of the two would they take as being the reliable carbohydrate total on which they base their daily carbohydrate intake?

Try a high protein diet. The Mayo Clinic has an excellent one that never leaves you hungry. It is used for very large fat people needing to lose weight fast (without a fad diet) for open heart surgery.
