How Do I Avoid Stopping My Diet When My Emotions Get Down?
I’ve found out that when I’m sad, moody, discouraged, impatient, or confused, I stop my diet and exercise plan. And trust me, the plan I got going is awesome. And I even like it. But sometimes it feels too good to be true, like something that I don’t deserve to have. How do I prevent myself from stopping my diet after only a week?

This will sound weird, but let yourself blow-it sometimes. Otherwise it will become too difficult and you will just blow the whole diet. Let yourself not be perfect.
Take charge of your mind-chatter. What you tell yourself when you are just thinking. When you start having those negative thought, take control and say “No, I am worthy. I can ____” Tell yourself STOP!” to the negative and intentionally take charge and be nice tp yourself!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.think-fit and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Write a letter to yourself when you’re feeling really good about yourself and the progress with your diet. When you’re feeling down, read it to remind you that you are worthy of becoming whatever you want to be.
You can also remind yourself when you’re ready to go off your diet that going off track now will only give you a few seconds/minutes of pleasure. Realize that you’ll only feel worse afterwards because not only do you still have the problem of moodiness, sadness, etc., you now have the guilt of eating something you know you shouldn’t have eaten.
