		<description>I think that should be enough. I have had VOIP for last 3 years, initially I had few issues but now since the networks quality has improved, it is much better.</description>

		<description>256 kbps (not mbps, no such thing yet) will do it.  Anything above that and you can use the computer on the Internet while on the VoIP phone and have no drop outs.
My VoIP phone is as clear as my land line, even when talking to people in Europe (can talk to 17 countries over there free)</description>
