    Well, i did read an article regarding soda. Instead of lose weight, but they gain mroe weight. This is because soda/soft drink is linked to overweight and obesity. Their risk of obesity was even higher. In fact, when the researchers took a closer look at their data, they found that nearly all the obesity risk from soft drinks came from diet sodas.
    Here is some statistic I found on the web:
    For regular soft-drink drinkers, the risk of becoming overweight or obese was:
    26% for up to 1/2 can each day
    30.4% for 1/2 to one can each day
    32.8% for 1 to 2 cans each day
    47.2% for more than 2 cans each day.
    For diet soft-drink drinkers, the risk of becoming overweight or obese was:
    36.5% for up to 1/2 can each day
    37.5% for 1/2 to one can each day
    54.5% for 1 to 2 cans each day
    57.1% for more than 2 cans each day.
    For each can of diet soft drink consumed each day, a person’s risk of obesity went up 41%.

  2. Loose the soda from your diet completely. Start drinking more water and exercise as it’s the only key to loose weight along with a healthy diet. Think of how much better you will feel on the day having lost the extra pounds, you will be beautiful and brimming with confidence.
    Remember a moment on the lips means a lifetime on the hips !!

  3. trust me, get off the pop, when i got braces 3 years ago(their off now)
    i finally got rid of it, and never drinking it since, maybe like once every 3 months, crystal light and water !
    i drink crazy water now, tell yourself you dont need the pop, and whats it going to do for your body .

  4. Get rid of the pop I cut pop out of my life and I don’t even crave it anymore I went cold turkey. I drink a diet coke every now and then but you do loose alot more weight if you get rid of pop.

  5. get crystal light Raspberry ice, with sparkling water, its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO… GOOD and its lower than diet soda

  6. if u take out 1 regular soda a day, in a year, you will lose 15 pounds

  7. stay on water i drink two bottles before and after every meal and i lost five pounds in a week!

  8. drop the soda and eat less

  9. just the fact that it’s soda is enough not to drink it.
