How Not To Break My Diet When I Go To Visit My In Laws?
We are going to visit my in laws for a week. I have been on a diet now for a month and lost 10lbs and I have been doing great. The problem is we will be staying at their house for the whole week and everything she cooks is full of fat. Her idea of fruit is a fruit filled donuts. How do I get through the week without putting the weight back on? Thank You!

best and the easiest is to say you have a stomach bug..or eat how much you want to eat and tell them you ate twice or thrice that..haha..

eat small portions.
tell her you like the food and its really good but you are on a diet and you cant eat too much.
she wil probably respect that.
if possible the first day ur their buy some fruit and maybe some carrots or something to eat for snacks

Be honest, that is the best way to go. Let her know you would value her support. If she does not want to do that and is offended by whatever you think you should do to keep on the wagon, then those are her feelings. You cannot control what others feel…let her own her feelings. You can let others determine what you eat and do, or you can choose for yourself.
