		<description>I dont think you could block a VOIP call in a Generic Router like the one mentioned. You may be able to do it with a VOIP only router or Phone. Im not sure. With digital systems anything is possible. Either you do it on the phone or you may be provided access to VOIP Service provider User Admin page where you could block a specific number. 
Im trying to figure out how the router or provider will figure out if the call is from a mobile or a land line!! 
Call your VOIP provider and ask if they can block a certain type of call.</description>
