cereal such as fiber-one honey clusters or kashi go lean are tasty and have a lot of fiber and protein. they keep me full for a long time and are healthy. sugars dont really keep up your concentration, they do for a short time, but not in the long run. carbs like spaghetti or rice help keep you full for a long while too. drink a lot of water. taking walks in the morning and cold showers can help keep you alert for the rest of the day.
