  1. cereal such as fiber-one honey clusters or kashi go lean are tasty and have a lot of fiber and protein. they keep me full for a long time and are healthy. sugars dont really keep up your concentration, they do for a short time, but not in the long run. carbs like spaghetti or rice help keep you full for a long while too. drink a lot of water. taking walks in the morning and cold showers can help keep you alert for the rest of the day.

  2. Even when you are dieting you shouldn’t feel a lack of energy, or lack of concentration.
    Eat healthy foods, you can eat quite a lot of vegetables and still lose weight.
    You need to feed yourself often, and drink lots of water every day.

  3. Don’t starve yourself. Eat 5 smaller meals during the day. Eat healthy. Your concentration and stamina will be steady throughout the day. Stay away from the “energy” drinks. Drink water.
