How Would The Diet Of Ramen Noodles Affect My Health? Taking Vitamins As A Substitute For Nutrients Help?
How would the diet of Ramen Noodles affect my health? What about taking Vitamins as a substitute for nutrients? Would that help?
I’m talking about eating Ramen Noodles for weeks. I will be taking lots of water and daily exercise.

Whoaa~ I’m not too sure if you should eat Ramen Noodles every day, let alone every meal…
I’m asian, so I eat Ramen a LOT. I eat it as a snack (without cooking), I eat it cooked, I drink the flavored water with rice…
Let me just tell you that it’s REALLY unhealthy. Since Ramen is a type of fast food (It’s been freeze dried and stuff, that’s why it’s not like normal noodles), so I really don’t recommend it.
Last year, I used to eat 1-2 Ramen Noodles every day. When I came home from school, the first thing I did was cook Ramen. Then, between that period of time and Dinner, I would usually get hungry again so I would eat an uncooked one. Even though I ate rice for breakfast and dinner, exercised PE every day, and walked home for around 30 minutes, I grew fatter.
I don’t know about guys because they have more muscle mass than we girls do (we need to store fat for babies in the thigh and hit areas as well as the upper body) but I honestly DON’T recommend it. If this is just an experiment, fine, but still…Even though vitamins and other nutrients are added in, the saturated fat and grease in there doesn’t just “go away.” Saturated fats are extremely unhealthy for you and it WILL kill you…in the long run. It can store up as cholesterol in your blood veins, blocking the blood. This can cause heart attacks. The diet of Ramen noodles will seriously affect your health. Don’t eat it too often unless you will exercise and balance it with healthy vegetables and meat every so often…because Ramen doesn’t provide any proteins. It is just energy (the Calories) for our muscles. You never really know exactly how many vitamins to take in your diet of Ramen so…I honestly DON’T recommend it.
Also, it’s not only just fat. I just felt dirtier after I ate it because it was just so greasy. I felt like my very pores were stinking of this oil, but I didn’t care because it tasted so good…I am not sure of what Ramen exactly does for you, but it made me fatter and more out of shape. Intestinal problems (especially with the digestion part) were very frequent. I think it may have stunted my growth too…There are more problems than meets the eye.
