You can get Skype from zdnet.com, but she also needs access to the internet (pc) it is free and once the both of you have downloaded the program onto your pc, you have to get headsets.
Sony is in the process of making cellphones that works with VOIP.
I doubt you can do it to her cell phone. I would reccomend that you both sign up for SKYPE at: http://www.skype.com
..you can then talk to each other for free from your computer to her computer (assuming she has one connected to the internet).
You can use a headset and microphone or even get a Skype compatible VOIP phone (Walmart even sells them for around $25.00) or you can get one here for about $15.00:http://www.surpluscomputers.com/store/ma…
