If you do the true Atkins then no you can’t. However, you can try the sugar free versions. A little heavy cream is allowed, but no sugar! Some people still get blood reactions from the artificial sweeteners as well and don’t loose weight, but that’s person to person. Technically for the first two weeks of the Atkins your not supposed to have caffeine because it raises insulin in the blood as well (cuts off fat burning)
