If you are in the younger generation, 18-30, you can just eat sensibly. Try cutting your portions in half and when you start your exercise routine if you feel that you do not have enough energy up your portions accordingly.
As long as you eat lots of protein (Chicken, steak, burgers), drink lots of water and eat some vitamins, you should be fine.
If you also want to lose weight, you might want to try wi-yu tea.
It’s more important to have a healthy mind. Get off the computer and get some fresh air. Go for a walk and get some oxygen in your brain. Also this will help you with your feeling sleepy problem
Eat your favorite foods and still lose weight.” It’s a statement we’ve heard over and over again on TV. Whether the commercial is selling diet pills or a miracle hypnosis CD, the statement is there. But, is it true? Could you possibly eat your favorite foods and still lose weight? Yes. It’s when you give up all your favorite foods that you fail.
Many of you probably don’t agree with the statement I just made, but I’m living proof that you can eat your favorite foods and lose weight. Time and time again, I went on diets that prevented me from eating my favorite foods. I would always fail on these diets. Within a short amount of time I would break down and go back to my old lifestyle, which included my favorite foods.
There are two reasons those diets never worked. First of all, I deprived myself. When you deprive yourself, you not only long for your favorite foods, but you begin to have mood swings as well. Second, they were diets. Repeat this with me, “Diets don’t work!” Diets encourage people to lose weight, but as soon as the weight is gone, they go back to their previous lifestyle. Then all the weight comes back.
What you need to do in order to lose weight is to make a change in your lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle not only promotes weight loss, but it keeps the weight off in the future. Also a healthy lifestyle allows you to eat your favorite foods. When you make a lifestyle change, you learn to eat your favorite foods in moderation. This means that instead of having a whole pint of ice cream, you have a serving.
If you want to lose weight, you must understand that there are foods you can’t resist. With moderation you can still eat your favorite foods and lose weight. In fact, without allowing yourself to eat your favorite foods in moderation, you set yourself up for a binge.
Hope this statement helped you….

You can get good results without changing you diet. Most people would think of the way I eat as very unhealthy but my body stays in good shape due to a huge amount of cycling. Also, working out hard will help with lots of the things that bad diet can cause like high blood preasure. I’m sure diet and exersize are the way to go for ultimate health but who wants to watch everything they eat?

no, because without good healthy diet, it would be a waste of time and energy. Healthy diet and exercise work hand in hand.
