Is It True That Diet Sodas Are Worse For You Than Regular Sodas?
I heard that there’s a chemical in diet soda that stays inside your body for a long time and can actually lead to weight gain down the line. Is this true?

yes, because once in your body, the fake sweetener in diet sodas turns into a chemical they use as a preservative in labs. Therefore, your body doesnt know how to process the toxic chemical so it is stored.
Regular soda isnt good for you in large quantities, however atleast the ingredients are mostly edible

When you think of a diet soda, you would assume off the bat that the soda would be healthier than the other non-diet brand. This is not always the case. You must put into consideration what the people who made this soda had to put into the soda to make a dietary drink. Usually for most sodas, people empty tons and tons of unhealthy to get rid of the calories. If your that attached to soda, i would go for the non-diet kind. Try Vitamin Water, its only about $1 a bottle, and they taste really good. They only contain 125 calories a bottle. There is also 2.5 servings a bottle so that could probably last you a day. Water is also a good substitute, 0 calories and its really cheap.

i know they taste way worse. Sugar gets a bad rap. Just don’t drink a lot of soda. Eat a sugar packet then eat a NutraSweet packet. Then decide which one your body likes more. (make sure there’s a paper bag near by.)
