you do all that by going online from the VoIP website….that the way I do that….so if she knows the ID and password, she can do it! Most of the time you just sign-on and able or enable the features….you just check the boxes from a menu….there is only one other way to do it….call the provider, identify yourself, and they will change it for you!!!
