Salads are great, you can use anything; red cabbage, kale, iceberg, tuna, chicken, steak, fruits, vegetables, cottage cheese, low fat cheese, low fat dressings, ETC.
Oatmeal is wonderful for breakfast, or Fiber 1 cereals.
decrease soda or don’t drink it be active as u can do exercises every day including running bike and don’t eat fatty foods like snacks etc and eat more vegetables i suggest also to read this article at http://articles.onlineweblibrary.com/Art…
