    Salads are great, you can use anything; red cabbage, kale, iceberg, tuna, chicken, steak, fruits, vegetables, cottage cheese, low fat cheese, low fat dressings, ETC.
    Oatmeal is wonderful for breakfast, or Fiber 1 cereals.

    try jogging 4 times a week
