  1. You should try to lose 2-3 lbs a week at the most. They best way to do it is eat healthier and remember to eat less calories than you use each day. Running should help but if you eat too many calories than it won’t make a difference. Good luck!

Strained soup and water… (a basic detox diet) it cleanses all the toxins out of your system, and all those chemicals are the reason for weight gain (it’s been proven that additives added to food should be illegal as they cause weight gain, and the fact that people only started getting fatter in the 70’s when these additives were added and diet food became avaliable.)

  10. I’ve have been on the “watch what you eat diet” For 3 weeks now and i lost 15 pounds. I eat a light breakfast, usually a South-beach diet lunch (the premade ones you get in the store), and for dinner i’ll have chicken or pork with veggies (no carbs) and that’s it.   13. I’ve been trying the south beach diet. It seems to be a very healthy way to loose weight safely, and remarkably quick. I have been on it for 7 days and have lost 5 pounds. I have been walking everyday and plan on running once or twice a week. Phase I is were you will really see the difference, though it is not recommended that you stay on phase I longer than 2-3 weeks.   14. diets are really no good the best thing to loose weight the haelthy way n fast is to watch the food u eat and exercise once a day for abotu 30-45 mins like running or jogging it is best for your body to get all tis foods needs if you only stick to 1 type of food like fruits n vegtables thats really no good because than u dont get cards which give u energy n meat that give you protien just cut out the oily foods n junk food but remember to eat a little bit aof everything or else looising weight will be even harder
