Try the Wu-Yi Tea Diet: http://WuYiTeaDiet.info
It’s a Chinese tea based diet and has helped me lose 7 lbs. in the past 2 weeks by curbing my cravings.
I suggest you doing some cardio workouts that means jogging, sprinting, and running.
Do crunches every other day.
Don’t lift weights your to young and it will effect your spine causing you no to grow to your full potential! well it could have a slight effect!
Hope this helps!!
Hmm, I suggest doing 20 minutes of cardio (jogging, treadmill) at least 2 times a week, maybe more.
Lift those 5 lb weights. Do 3 sets of 20 on a day when nothing much is going on (either that or about 3 times a week)
Jump rope. Sound childish? Ever see a chubby professional rope skipper? Didn’t think so. It works!
Push ups. 3 sets of 5 but increase it a little bit every week.
On top of all this, make sure to eat good, healthy protein. A quick search on google.com is all you need to find out what foods are good for you when losing weight.
