What Is A Healthy Diet For People Who Have Binge Eating Disorder And Has A Back Ground In Anerxia?
I have been struggling with eating disorders for a while i first had anerxia then about a couple years later i now constantly binge eat (emothional eating) and i want to know what is the best diet that i should go on so i dont get to obsessed with losing weight and food but i lose about 10 punds and stop binge eating?

well low cal wont work for you obviously, so why dont you try a low fat diet? lots of good carbs, and fruits and veggies, and not to much meat perhaps?

Honey, you need to first worry about getting yourself some professional help upstairs before you worry about your diet, because even if you find the perfect diet and excercise program for yourself, you still have to overcome your mental issues. Eating is as much a mental thing as it is a physical need.

I’ve dealt with binge eating myself for 3-5 years and now I help others recover by sharing how I did it. With many of my coaching clients I’ve found that dieting was the root cause of their binge eating. It was for me also.
I’d diet and deprive myself of junk foods, and be able to keep it up for a few days. Yet one day during a moment of weakness I would give in, and binge eat on junk foods and keep repeating this cycle of dieting and binge eating.
The key to a healthy binge eating diet is balance. You need to have junk foods but not too much. This can be tricky to moderate especially if you want to lose weight. but remember if you cut out all junk foods then you’ll never keep up with it in the first place and will always go back to binge eating. What you need is a normal eating routine where you eat all kinds of foods: healthy and junk foods.
