		<description>I&#039;ve dealt with binge eating myself for 3-5 years and now I help others recover by sharing how I did it.  With many of my coaching clients I&#039;ve found that dieting was the root cause of their binge eating.  It was for me also.
I&#039;d diet and deprive myself of junk foods, and be able to keep it up for a few days.  Yet one day during a moment of weakness I would give in, and binge eat on junk foods and keep repeating this cycle of dieting and binge eating.
The key to a healthy binge eating diet is balance.  You need to have junk foods but not too much.  This can be tricky to moderate especially if you want to lose weight.  but remember if you cut out all junk foods then you&#039;ll never keep up with it in the first place and will always go back to binge eating.  What you need is a normal eating routine where you eat all kinds of foods: healthy and junk foods.
