What Is The Best Diet Out Of The Following?

What is the best diet out of the following?
2-4-6-8 diet
cabbage soup diet
cereal diet
3 day liquid fast
sugar free diet
carb free diet
fat free diet
fruit and veggy diet
any of these for 10 days, which would i loose most on?

  1. None of these sounds all that great to me. Because of LIMITING one thing or another is not good for you body because all these different items have vitamins and nutrients that you body need, and by not having them will cause your body to have cravings cause it missing something and that will not be fun to fight cravings. You need to balance your diet out. The one thing that you can cut is SUGAR.. I mean processed sugar, not natural. I have done that for just one week and I am down a couple pounds. You can eat lots of fruits and veggies, but you need protein and some fat aswell. You just need to eat the good fat. Plus take away all the little extra’s like butter, dressing, those kind of things and that makes a huge difference because they are just added calories, and if you have to have something on than get the something with fewer calories. And watch out for fat free items, because these usually have added sugar to make up for the taste… so really look at the label and anything that has HIGH FRUCTOSE SYRUP stay away from it. But this is lifestyle change not just a quick fix because the minute you go back to your old ways you will be back to your same spot now. Make changes that you know can last and that you can continue to do, and get more long term goals instead of short term. Good Luck!

  4. liquid fast, i think
    coz i’ve tried it before…
    for 7 days, i just drink water and pure fruit shake (nothing added) such as:
    mango shake
    strawberry and banana shake
    orange and apple shake
    and i really really lost some weight, from a waist size of 30 to 27 =)
    just add some crushed ice, so you can enjoy it! for 7 days or more.
