		<description>Don&#039;t worry friend, usually height gain will show a small pause during 15-16 years of age. Then it will show a small boom duing 18-19 years. By almost 20-21 years, you must have attained your maximum height.
Height is usually a genetic trait, which cannot be altered to a large extent. And you need protein rich diet for body building and carbohydrate rich food for energy. Fish, meat, egg, legumes (pea etc), ground nut etc are protein rich and rice, wheat, all cereals are carbohydrate rich.</description>
