What Is The Best Diet To Loose Weight?

I’m not exactly overweight, and I have a gym membership but I haven’t been able to go recently because I am busy with exams. So I’ve decided to start eating healthier and try to exercise when I can. Does anyone know an affective diet to follow?

  1. Well you shouldn’t think of it as going on a diet, thats where most people get discouraged, its to much presser. You have to think of it as eating in a new and different way a life style change for life. Diets don’t work! You have to work on changing the way you eat everyday. You start off by eating light and reduced calories not everthing less tastes bad in fact it is more satisfying when you finish a low calories meal. Also you should eat 6 small meals a day 3 -4 hours a part small is like 200-400 calories a meal eating 6 small meals a day boost’s your matabolism into high gear. See every time you eat your metabolism has to work harder and doing that 6 times a time its almost going strong all day. One more thing i just switch over to eating orangic’s and its made me feel 100% better inside and thats what counts. Good luck!

  2. If you are trying to lose weight limit yourself to 1500kcals per day & try to get back to your gym when you can. This amount of cals you should be able to lose 1-2lbs per week

  3. This works. Exercise every day, preferably in the morning until you break a sweat, whether it takes five minutes, seven minutes or half an hour. Do not have anything to eat or drink except water , after eight oclock at night. I am a lazy dieter and I swear I lost 50 pounds this way.
