I’m a firm believer in walking. Also, a low fat, diet such as Weight Watchers is excellent. It is a lifestyle committment, not a diet. I know many people who have lost weight and keep it off if they walk. Very few people I know can faithfully follow a strict gym routine.

The same as it would be if you were trying to lose 100 pounds… eat less and move more. Diets don’t work.

I read the book “The Secret” and ended up losing 30 pounds after it. Diets don’t work. Just think skinny thoughts and you’ll be there in no time
