		<description>Right now there are a ton of good VoIP Phone providers out there.  I personally like the company Phone Power, you can see a review at http://www.voiprater.com/phonepower.  They currently have a special that is $199 for a 2 year service plan which makes it about $8.21 per month and you get unlimited calling anywhere in the US, Canada and a number of other places.
If you are just looking for a VoIP ATA, then the PAP2 made by linksys is one of the cheapest and the easiest to put in your own configurations.  Look for a good used one on ebay and then do a quick lookup in google on how to do a custom setup.</description>
