What Is The Best Way For Me To Have A Nutritional Diet While Living Out Of Town?
I work out of town during the week and stay in a Motel, with no refrigerator or microwave. I am sick of eating out, and would like suggestions on how I can maintain a healthy diet without basic household ammenities.

I have exactly those issues.
I buy fresh fruit and bottled water at a grocery and eat it on the run. I get the motel to pack me a sandwich for lunch next day. The motel meals are most difficult. All those gravy covered delights.. and those desserts. Choose the oysters… the fish dish with vegetables instead of fries… have a glass of wine to finish…
I also take my protein shakes… and mix them with water. It’s amazing how many country towns have a gym by the way.

Some motels offer fridge rentals which may be an option and may also have a microwave somewhere that they would let you use. If you could pick up a cheap styrofoam cooler while you are there, you could always keep things on ice. But without any cooking implement or way to keep things cool, you are at a disadvantage.
Meal replacement bars, fruit and whole grain bread with peanut butter are about the only things that I can think of that will keep. Dried fruit and cereal, but if you like milk, you’d have to buy a small container of it everyday.

Healthy eating can be really tricky in your situation. I think a lot of it depends on what you like to eat and how often you are willing to eat it lol.
For breakfast you could still get some healthy cereal, just buy the very small things of milk. You could also go for a smoothie – both filling and healthy. Many places also now serve fruit and natural yogurt – this would be a good option too. You can also go somewhere that will prepare eggs (in whatever way) using just the egg whites if you are concerned about cholesterol. I would just skip the meat if I were you as it is loaded with fat and salt. Always choose wholegrain toast instead of white when possible and go easy on the butter.
For lunch (or dinner I suppose), you could opt for some healthy sandwiches – get yourself some wholewheat bread and some lunch meats that are free from preservatives (particularly nitrates). Hormel now does a “natural range” of lunch meats, so that would be a great choice for a healthier sandwich. You could also use tuna or something similar and if you get bored of the standard bread, try some brown pita bread. You could get some veggies that are in individual servings or small quantities to use on the sandwiches or as a snack. You could also buy the bags of salad and always have a large salad with fat free dressing. Then there is always fruit to have through the day, you can never go wrong with fruit.
For dinner, if you could find a diner or something that serves veggies and grilled chicken or other lean meat, that would be great. You could also use the salad and sandwich route here if you wanted. Brown rice is always a good option but it may be hard to find places that serve it. Try some nice warm chilli and a baked potato as well. Then there are always the different varieties of salad – like grilled chicken salad, etc. but watch out for that hidden sodium and fat. You could always look in the supermarket for healthy varieties of cold pasta salad.
You should research the area or areas you are going to be in to check out for any places that serve healthy food or perhaps you could consider going to a different motel – one that has a microwave and small fridge. You could also consider getting a small portable electric stove type of thing. I don’t know what they are called but they are basically like 2 stove burners. That would open your options up a lot as you could just buy the stuff from a supermarket as you need it. You could bring a few plates, bowls, knives, cutlery, etc. from home and you would be good to go.
Sorry I know this probably doesn’t help much but your situation is very tricky and the options can be quite limited and very dependent upon what area you are in, your likes and dislikes, etc.
