  1. I would recommend Phone Power, the first month including them shipping you the device is $32.88. You can also save a few bucks going through http://www.voiprater.com they generally post any discounts or coupon codes etc. if they are available. You will also get a free second phone lined during the current promotion.
    As for Vonage, sometimes they are a pain to get to switch your phone number over to any other service. If you had it before and ported to them then it is pretty easy to get them to release it again. Good luck in your search!
