I’ll tell you a secret: There is no safe, effective way to lose weight quickly and keep it off.
Most of the fad diets and other unorthodox techniques simply result in rapid weight loss at some danger to your health, and then the weight just yo-yos back to where it was.
It’s not easy, but by far the most effective way to lose weight is to introduce a program increased physical activity into your life and to watch what you eat carefully.
This is probably not what you want to hear, but it’s the truth.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Stay away from the diet pills and those lose 25 lbs in a week garage. You’ll do more harm then good.
The only way to loose the weight is to exercise and eat healthy.
Hitting the tread mill will help, but since you’re walking. Why not go outside. Head to your local park or bike path. Start out walking then move to jogging.
One thing that may help is Met-rx. I love this stuff.
MET-Rx® ORIGINAL MEAL REPLACEMENT
I replaced breakfast and lunch with it and I lost 40 lbs with in a years time. Yeah, it seemed like a long time… but I did it the healthy way. Dinner I always eat healthy and once a week I would treat myself to something like icecream or pizza. But advoided all meat and replaced it with soy.
Best of luck!

Diet pills are complete crap so throw that idea out the window right now. Vitamins are okay, not diet pills. So, I’m not even going to get into diet pills.
To lose weight, you need to exercise and eat healthy. There is no magic solution to losing weight. Eating healthy includes lots of fruits, veggies, proteins and some carbs, the healthy ones. But, I will tell you this. It isn’t about what you eat but about how much. I never tell myself I can’t eat something because then when I give in, because it happens, I overeat. So, if i want icecream, I eat a cup of it instead of an entire bowl. But, you still need to make some healthy choices while eating. Opt for a salad instead of french fries. Eat carrot sticks instead of chips. Drink water instead of soda or juice. Water should now be your best friend.
Exercise wise, you should do at least a half an hour every day. Walking on the treadmill 30 minutes a day is excellent. Of course, walk at a 3.5 speed and not a 2.5. If your not a treadmill person, walk outside. Go swimming, biking, play basketball, anything that gets your heart pumping. You should do 2-3 days a week of strength training to tone your muscles.
Now, the last step is all mental. You need to be ready to commit to this lifestyle change. It’s not a diet, it’s a new way of life. If your too busy or stressed out, you will fail, plain and simple. But, if your ready and commited, then by all means you will do just fine. Set goals for yourself. Say, I am going to eat breakfast everyday. Don’t say, I want to lose 50 lbs in 4 months like Janet Jackson. That is outrageous. That stress will help you crash and burn. Stick to simple goals. Praise yourself when you have a good day, focus on your good habits and not your bad ones. It’s all mental. Stay committed, determined and you’ll do just fine. Don’t, i repeat, don’t take diet pills. Good luck…

The Suddenly Slim worked for me. Basically depends on the amount of weight you want to lose. I lose 6lbs in the fisrt week. The diet is not that bad.

I usually jog about 1-1 1/2 miles everyother day—eat foods with low soduim—salt makes you swell–and keep your sugars low—I bought low fat everything—weight watchers bread, mayo, sliced turkey—I make scrambled eggs but only use the egg whites and one yolk—if I eat 4 eggs I only use the yolk of one—I have lost about 13lbs in the past month just from this

Eat less, excersize more.
