I’ve been looking at websites and finding different reviews for different diet pills, and i’m still undecided about which diet pill i should use. Does anybody have any suggestions.

for the Diet Pills, check out the review for the few top market diet pill and chose one that is suitable for you.http://lossweight-zone.com/dietpillrevie…
Other than Diet Pills, you will also need to combine with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.
few things to take note.
Calories and Weight
A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal
Healthy diet
- Take the stairs instead of the lift
- Keep walking whilst the escalator caries you up
- Walk or cycle instead of driving short distances
Diet
- Little salt – always read the label
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily

If you are under 18, some drug stores won’t let you purchase diet pills. (At least not here in NY state.) I use Alli, Metabolife, and Green Tea Fat Burner, and my weight stays around 90 pounds, sometimes lower. Good luck!

Just cut out about 500 calories a day. don’t get on pills. i’ve tried 3 popular kinds and they did nothing. they basically dehydrate you so you seem to lose a little weight at first. most just have tons of caffeine. plus i heard that you can mess up your liver. you basically would have to be on the pills forever to stay thin. just change your lifestyle.

I do not know of a specific diet pills which works, but if have severe cravings then try using a natural herb called Gymnema Sylvestre. It helps to regulate your blood sugar levels which in turn helps you to control your eating.
To find it you’ll need to do a search engine search, I won’t mention any websites cause I don’t want to look like I’m advertising.
Look for a product which contains between 200 mg to 350 mg of Gymnema Sylvestre per pill. Any dose of 500 mg or more is a too high dose per pill.

I recently started taking Alli and I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. But you have to be careful with what you eat – if you eat a meal with too much fat you will get the dreaded “treatment effects”.

Some people have had a lot of luck with Alli, but you should check it out with your doctor first because there are some side effects. All diet pills are hoaxes; at best they cause quick loss of water weight, but your body can’t sustain that for long before your metabolism changes to compensate. Don’t waste your money.

When you loose weight, people will ask how you did it … so you might as well make some money off the company that helped you.
Pills are harder to swallow than Sport gels, so have a look at the links by clicking on my name / ID
