Carbohydrates are big helpers in the productions of insulin. Insulin is has a big part in absorbing fat. If you want to go on a diet to get skinny, I suggest a low-carb diet.
Do not go anerexic or bulemic. Anerexia actually makes you fatter in the long run, and bulemic people have been shown to have more trouble breathing because of the bile that replaces the mucas in their throats.
Hope I helped!
The way to lose weight is through eating right and exercise. Wonder-pills won’t get you anywhere, especially if they promise impossible results. With the diet, just try to eat more fruits and vegetables, within reason. If you have trouble with sticking to it, try not having high sugar snacks in the house. You should try to do some exercise every day, even if it is only a walk.
Rules of Weight Loss
To lose one pound, you must burn approximately 3500 calories over and above what you already burn doing daily activities. Whew…that sounds impossible doesn’t it? Here’s how it works.
1. Calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate). Your BMR is what your body needs to maintain normal functions like breathing, digestion, etc.
2. Calculate your activity level. Use a calorie calculator to figure out how many calories you burn while sitting, standing, exercising, lifting weights, etc. throughout the day.
3. Keep track of how many calories you eat. Use a food journal to add up what you eat and drink during the day. If you’re eating less calories than you’re burning, you’ll lose weight.
Also, i have a recommendation for you which will really help and has more information on how to go on a diet. http://951deihotnr54s7hq7xf-9oobm.hop.clickbank.net/ Cheers!
Define really skinny. How much are you now? How much to you wish to lose? How long do you wish to do it in?
EDIT – If the Doctor says you’re already skinny, becoming more skinny would likely be unhealthy. I’d advise avoidign diets if you really insist on doing something and simply eat healthy and exercise. Yes, fairly standard respose, but it works.
You shouldn’t want to get skinny, you should want to get toned and healthy!
So eat healthy and in moderation and take walks, do anything aerobic and soon you’ll be healthy!
