What you eat won’t play into how tall you get, unless you don’t get enough to eat and stunt your growth. Just eat like a normal kid and you should be fine.

there are no foods or any magic pill that will make you grow taller, sorry

It’s all genetics, look at your parents, you should be somewhere in between your mom and your dad.
