What Kind Of A Diet Should I Eat If Im Training For Usmc Boot Camp?

I am hoping to leave for Parris island A.S.A.P but I cant figure out what I should eat to keep up my energy, help build muscle mass and stay generally healthy. Normally I eat a “Japanese-style” diet consisting of alot of rice and fish, would be sufficient or should I switch things up for a while?

  1. Water, Chicken, Water, Broccolli, Water, Potatoes, Water, Kidney Beans, and Water! Semper Fi!

  2. variety of different but healthy foods is the best way to go because eating the same foods does not make you lose wieght
