  1. My psychology teacher once said to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Best advice I ever got.

  2. I use herbalife because my family is always on the go. Visit the site below for more information bout it. Its GREAT.

  3. Check out the warrior diet:http://www.warriordiet.com/
The general principle is to undereat during the day to naturally stimulate the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and overeat in the evening to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS). It’s a very effective diet that would perfectly fit your needs. Try it out and you’ll see what I mean.

  4. I’m in exactly the same situation and i recently lost a lot of weight. First of all, if you absolutely must eat from a vending machine, chips are the lowest calorie option hands down. Forget about diet or protein bars which are small, high in calories and a lot more expensive. The biggest rip off is those supposedly healthy granola bars. They’re nothing more than a tasteless candy bar no matter what people say about them. I count calories carefully and i found that i was able to lower my calorie intake by a lot just by having chips and diet soda along with my lunch. Some pantry foods you should keep around to eat anytime are cereal and canned soup. There quick, easy, and usually just as low in calories as salad plus they taste a lot better. Of course, you should still try to eat more vegetables, if you’re not a good cook (neither am I) you should get vegetables that come already flavored, such as frozen broccoli with cheese or seasoned collard greens in a can. One last tip. When you eat out, even at fast food places, you can almost always order a soup and some chicken salad. At better restaurants you should usually try to order the fish. In my experience broiled is usually best if you’re avoiding butter and oil. If you don’t want fish, roasted or rotisserie chicken is always a good
choice. For ordering in, chinese takeout seems to have the widest variety of health choices and they usually taste great.
I really hope this helps you. It’s worked pretty well for me!
