I’d go with juices with no added sugar. Pure juice like Juicy Juice (I know it’s for kids, but it’s still healthy) Carrot juice is filling, but healthy. You could also try V8. And remember that on a liquid diet you can have the broth from soups.
Girl I have to be honest with you, this practice is very dangerous! Portion control eat the right kind of food and exercise that all.
That is very dangours. You have to have food just cut your calories. How much do you want to lose and how tall are you?
