What Would Be Your Diet & Gym Guideline For The One Who Wants To Tone Up The Muscles?

I mean what should his diet be comprises of and about his gym schedule. And in how many months would he achieve his target?

    to tone there are supplements you can take,
    along with that eating lean proteins such as chicken, nuts, avacado, tuna, etc.
    and eating healthfully(balanced) dont remove any sort of food and dont eat any food in excess.
    Workout around 30 mins a day (at least) and do cardio 3x a week … this should help

  4. Eat bananas and don’t drink pop. Do some aerobics(running walking) every day. Alternate working your upper body and lower body every day. So like monday work upper, tuesday, lower body. Wednesday upper. and so on
