to tone there are supplements you can take, 
along with that eating lean proteins such as chicken, nuts, avacado, tuna, etc.
and eating healthfully(balanced) dont remove any sort of food and dont eat any food in excess.
Workout around 30 mins a day (at least) and do cardio 3x a week ... this should help</description>
