When Will I Start Seeing Results With Diet And Exercise?
If I do cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes and yoga twice a week for 60-90 minutes, also on a sensible diet, when will I start seeing results?
I am 5′8 and 140 pounds, if I stick to this diet and exercise plan for the next 4 weeks, how much weight will I lose?

Well, 140 pounds for 5′8 is not overweight so you must not need to lose much. It really depends on how much less you are eating and how much more you are exercising than you usually do. You’d probably see something after the first two weeks. It’s harder to see results when you are not really overweight so you might find it is slow going but a sensible diet and the exercise routine you describe is healthy for you so keep at it!

The normal amount of weight loss when I really work out is at least 2 a week. This is healthy. At most 3 lbs to be healthy weight loss.
I only use weight by seeing just how bad in calories, fat, carbs, etc that I eat in compared to how much activity I do. You lose weight by burning more cal’s than you eat. I have used Fitday.com for free and I lose so much weight when I get on there.
I went from 225 to 145…now around 155 for being healthy, not too thin like 145. I dance off a lot of calories. the best for you I would do would be a less impact exercise. I do level two of Jillian Michael’s workouts. Level one is less impact. Try it and am for 2-3 times a week to start with. See how you feel after wards. Or at least listen to the videos because she explains a lot of good points. Links below:

considering your 5′8 I’d say about 3 weeks
